1. General Terms

• Service Provider: Altima Cabs is a transportation service provider offering taxi and car rental services within Trivandrum and surrounding areas.
• Acceptance of Terms: By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
• Modification of Terms: Altima Cabs reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Booking & Reservation

• Booking Process: To book a ride, you can use our website, mobile app, or contact our customer service. The booking will be confirmed once all required information is provided.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 3 days prior to the scheduled pickup time. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
• No-shows: If the customer does not appear at the designated pickup location at the agreed time, it will be considered a no-show, and the full fare may be charged.

3. Ride Conditions

• Driver Conduct: Our drivers are required to follow all traffic laws and maintain a high level of professionalism during the ride. If a customer experiences misconduct, they should report it immediately to our customer support.
• Customer Conduct: Customers are expected to behave respectfully toward the driver and follow the driver’s instructions regarding safety protocols. Altima Cabs reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who display inappropriate or dangerous behavior.
• Luggage: Passengers may carry luggage, provided it fits within the vehicle’s capacity. Altima Cabs is not responsible for any damage to or loss of personal items during the ride.
• Safety: All passengers must wear seat belts.

4. Pricing & Payment

• Fare Calculation: Fares are based on distance traveled, time, and any additional services (e.g., tolls, waiting time). Pricing is subject to change based on factors such as demand or local laws.
• Payment Methods: We accept credit cards, debit cards, mobile payments, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of the ride unless agreed otherwise.
• Surcharges: Additional surcharges may apply for services rendered during peak hours, special events, or under certain circumstances (e.g., extra luggage or waiting time).
• Taxes & Fees: All applicable taxes and fees will be included in the final fare.

5. Liability

• Service Disruptions: Altima Cabs strives to provide a reliable service. However, we are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by factors beyond our control, such as weather, traffic conditions, or road closures.
• Damages or Injuries: Altima Cabs will not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct on the part of our drivers.
• Third-Party Services: Altima Cabs may partner with third-party service providers for certain services (e.g., payment gateways, vehicle maintenance). We are not liable for any actions or omissions by third-party providers.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on our website and mobile app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Altima Cabs or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use of this content is strictly prohibited.
• You may not use, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content from Altima Cabs without express written permission.

8. Termination of Services

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Kerala, India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Trivandrum.
